# Every feature, free, for one person and one org.

> The SyncOnAI 360 Free plan covers one user and one production org with its sandboxes, with every feature in the product included. AI runs on your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, billed by that provider. It is for one person getting to know an org, and it moves to a paid plan without changing anything in the workspace.

## Key facts

- **$0**: A month, with no card needed
- **1**: User included
- **1**: Production org, with its sandboxes
- **Every**: Feature in the product

## Why trying a Salesforce tool usually tells you very little

Most trials show a demo org, a cut-down feature set or a fortnight's countdown. You learn how the tool looks, not what it would say about your org.

- **Demo data.** A trial on sample data cannot tell you what the tool finds in your org.
- **Features held back.** The parts that matter most are reserved for a sales call.
- **A countdown.** Two weeks is rarely enough to use a tool on real work.
- **A card up front.** Payment details before you have seen any value.

## What can one person do on the Free plan?

Connect your org with Salesforce OAuth and it is synced in the background. Read its health score with confidence and coverage, work through the audit's evidenced findings, ask the AI about anything in the org, and build fixes on the visual builders.

Deploy those fixes through proposals with named checks and validation, keep a receipt for each, and roll back if needed. Nothing is a trial version and nothing expires.

- Health and audit on your real org
- AI that reads your org
- Builders, deploys and rollback

## What is included on the Free plan?

Every feature in the product. Org health and the audit, the metadata repository and dependency graph, the AI chat and specialist agents, the Flow, Lightning page, component and Apex builders, proposals with named checks and validation, approval, receipts and rollback, projects, engagements, reports, pages and the read-only connection for Claude and Cursor.

Plans differ in how many people and production orgs they cover, and in how AI is paid for, never in which features you can use. Free covers 1 user and 1 production org, with their sandboxes.

- Every feature in the product
- 1 user and 1 production org
- Sandboxes included with each production org

## How does AI work on the Free plan?

On Free, AI runs on your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, billed by that provider on your own account. Paste the key under Settings, API keys; Test checks it works, and the key is encrypted and never shown in full again.

Anthropic and OpenAI do not train on API traffic. Meeting transcription and image generation use OpenAI's models, so they need an OpenAI key on every plan for now.

- Your own Anthropic or OpenAI key
- Billed by your provider
- No training on API traffic

## How do production orgs and sandboxes count?

A production org is the unit that scales, because that is where the risk and the value are. Each production org on the plan brings its sandboxes with it, and sandboxes linked to a counted production org are not counted. Free includes 1 production org.

Every connected org is synced every six hours and on demand, scored and audited, whether it is production or a sandbox.

- Production orgs are the unit
- Linked sandboxes are free
- Every org synced and scored

## When should you move from Free to a paid plan?

When a second person joins, when you need more than one production org, or when you would rather AI were included than billed to your own key. Pro covers 2 users and 3 production orgs at $79 a month; Team covers 8 users and 10 production orgs.

A second user also brings two-person approval: in a workspace with two or more admins, production changes must be approved by someone other than their author.

- A second person
- More production orgs
- AI included

## Are approval and rollback on every plan?

Yes. Every change on every plan is a proposal with named pre-flight checks and a validation against the org. Production needs an approved proposal, from a second admin where the workspace has two or more, and every deploy leaves a receipt with rollback to the version recorded before it.

Safety is not a feature you buy on a higher plan; it is how every change in the product works.

- Checks and validation everywhere
- Approval before production
- Receipts and rollback
