Yes. Free covers one user and one production org with its sandboxes, with no credit card and no time limit. On Free you bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key and pay them directly for AI usage. Paid plans start at $79 a month, include AI, and cover more people and production orgs.
On the Free plan you create an account with Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI, get an API key, and paste it into SyncOnAI 360 settings. AI calls are then billed to your provider account, not ours, so your prompts never appear in our AI provider logs. Our servers make the calls using your key, and your chat history is stored in your workspace so you can come back to it. Paid plans include AI instead, so no key is needed, though you can still use your own.
Yes. That is what the paid plans are sized for: Pro covers 3 production orgs, Team 10 and Business 30, each with its sandboxes, and every feature is on every plan. Each org has its own health, audit and history, and engagements and projects keep each client's work apart.
In the United States. The application and database run in Boston, files are kept in private storage in eastern North America, and encryption keys are held in Google Cloud. Every company that processes data, and its region, is listed on the subprocessors page.
