01The problem

Why delivery teams outgrow their tools

Once a team runs ten client orgs, the cracks show: each consultant works differently, releases are chased by hand, and nobody can see the portfolio at once.

  1. 01

    No shared picture

Each consultant knows their own clients and nobody else's.

  2. 02

    Releases by chasing

Who changed what in which org is reconstructed after the fact.

  3. 03

    Pursuits from scratch

Every proposal starts from a blank page.

  4. 04

    Portfolio blind spots

Leaders cannot see which client orgs need attention.

02deliver

How does a delivery team run a client portfolio on Team?

Each client org is synced, scored and audited, and the Command Center shows the portfolio with health scores, backlog and sprint progress and an activity feed. Projects have boards, sprints, releases and reports, with work items linked to the deploys that delivered them.

Every consultant works from the same synced orgs, shared prompts and per-client conventions, so the client gets the same quality whoever is on the account.

  • Portfolio health at a glance
  • Projects linked to deploys
  • One way of working across the team

How does Team help win new work?

Engagements run each pursuit through fit, pricing from your rate card, proof from your vault of past wins, a proposal, a statement of work and a client deal room, with debrief lessons feeding the next bid.

When a prospect connects an org, audit findings become a priced statement of work in one step.

  • Nine-step pursuits
  • Proof vault matching
  • Findings into priced work

04included

What is included on the Team plan?

Every feature in the product. Org health and the audit, the metadata repository and dependency graph, the AI chat and specialist agents, the Flow, Lightning page, component and Apex builders, proposals with named checks and validation, approval, receipts and rollback, projects, engagements, reports, pages and the read-only connection for Claude and Cursor.

Plans differ in how many people and production orgs they cover, and in how AI is paid for, never in which features you can use. Team covers 8 users and 10 production orgs, with their sandboxes.

How does AI work on the Team plan?

AI is included on Team, so no key is needed for the chat and the agents, and the right model is picked per task: a light one for quick answers, a stronger one for building, the strongest for hard reviews. AI included means normal use of chat, builders and reviews. Very heavy automated use is discussed with you before anything changes.

Anthropic and OpenAI do not train on API traffic. Meeting transcription and image generation use OpenAI's models, so they need an OpenAI key in the workspace for now.

06orgs

How do production orgs and sandboxes count?

A production org is the unit that scales, because that is where the risk and the value are. Each production org on the plan brings its sandboxes with it, and sandboxes linked to a counted production org are not counted. Team includes 10 production orgs.

Every connected org is synced every six hours and on demand, scored and audited, whether it is production or a sandbox.

  • Production orgs are the unit
  • Linked sandboxes are free
  • Every org synced and scored

Are approval and rollback on every plan?

Yes. Every change on every plan is a proposal with named pre-flight checks and a validation against the org. Production needs an approved proposal, from a second admin where the workspace has two or more, and every deploy leaves a receipt with rollback to the version recorded before it.

Safety is not a feature you buy on a higher plan; it is how every change in the product works.

  • Checks and validation everywhere
  • Approval before production
  • Receipts and rollback

  • 2 Flows read Case.Priority
  • 1 report filters on it
