In one paragraph

SyncOnAI 360 for small teams gives a solo admin or a small Salesforce team the tooling of a much larger one: an org synced and scored, audited against fifty-five checks, explained by an AI assistant, changed through visual builders, and deployed through checked proposals with rollback. The Free plan covers one user and one org.

01The problem

Why small Salesforce teams carry the most risk

A small team owns the whole org: configuration, automation, users, releases and whatever the last consultant left behind. There is nobody to review a change, no budget for five tools, and no time to document anything.

  1. 01

    No second pair of eyes

Every change is designed, built, tested and deployed by the same person.

  2. 02

    Inherited mysteries

Flows, triggers and fields from previous admins that nobody can explain.

  3. 03

    Tools priced for enterprises

DevOps, monitoring and documentation tools each cost more than the team's budget.

  4. 04

    Questions with nowhere to go

There is nobody down the corridor to ask how something in the org works.

02know

How does a solo admin get to know an inherited org?

Connect the org and it is synced in the background: objects, fields, Flows, Apex, components, permissions and more, with full source. A health score with its confidence and coverage tells you where you stand, and the audit lists what is wrong, with evidence and an estimated cost to fix.

Ask the AI anything in plain language, such as what runs when an opportunity closes, and it answers from your org, showing the tools it used. Open any component to see what uses it before you touch it.

  • Org synced with full source
  • Health score and audit
  • Plain-language answers from your org

03build

Can a small team build Salesforce changes faster?

Describe a change and the AI drafts it against your real objects and fields, or build it yourself on visual builders for Flows, Lightning pages, components and Apex. The builders explain what they show in plain sentences before you edit.

Specialist agents for admin, Flow, Apex, component and data work bring expert instructions to each kind of job, so one person can work across all of them.

  • AI drafts against your org
  • Visual builders that explain
  • Specialist agents for each job

04safe

How do you deploy safely with no one to review?

Every change becomes a proposal that runs named pre-flight checks, data that would be discarded, access changes, dependencies, deploy order and test coverage, and is validated against your org before it deploys. The checks are the reviewer a small team does not have.

Every deploy leaves a receipt with rollback to the version recorded before it. In a workspace with a single admin, the admin can approve their own change and the activity log records that it did.

  • Named checks before every deploy
  • Validation against the org
  • Receipts and rollback

How does a small team keep documentation without the time?

Save any useful chat answer as a page with one click, record a call and keep its transcript, and write runbooks beside the org they describe. The AI searches your pages alongside the org, so the next person inherits answers instead of mysteries.

The change history and deploy receipts record what changed and why, without anyone having to write it up.

  • Save answers as pages
  • Transcribed calls
  • History written for you

07guard

How does the AI keep a small team out of trouble?

Before building anything, the chat checks what already exists in the org, so it extends a Flow rather than adding a second one that fires on the same save. Every answer shows the tools it used, so you can see it read your org rather than guessed.

Anything that would change records waits for you to press Allow, and every metadata change is a proposal with checks and validation. Org rules can set your naming conventions and preferred automation type, and the AI builds inside them.

  • Existing solutions checked first
  • Data changes wait for Allow
  • Your conventions as rules
