1.Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for the Salesforce orgs and AI provider keys you connect.
2.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to breach tenant isolation, deploying changes you are not authorized to make in a connected org, or using the service to violate Salesforce’s terms or applicable law. Deploys to production orgs are performed under your authorization and remain your responsibility.
3.AI-generated output
The platform generates metadata, code, and recommendations using AI. You are responsible for reviewing all generated changes, including in a sandbox and through your approval process, before deploying them to production. Output is provided without warranty of correctness.
4.Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Current platform status is published at /status.
5.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SyncOnAI 360 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
This clause has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is published so the terms are not silent on liability, and it should not be relied on as drafted. If you need enforceable terms before signing, contact us and we will agree them with you directly rather than pointing you at this page.
6.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
