What is Salesforce Flow?
Salesforce's declarative automation tool
Definition
Salesforce Flow is the platform's declarative automation tool, used to build record-triggered automation, screen flows that guide users, scheduled jobs and autolaunched processes without code. Flow has replaced Workflow Rules and Process Builder as Salesforce's recommended automation tool.
01Why it matters
Salesforce Flow in practice
Flows are easy to create and hard to keep track of: large orgs accumulate many Flows on the same objects, some overlapping, some without fault handling, many built by people who have left.
02In SyncOnAI 360
How it shows up in the product
SyncOnAI 360 opens Flows on a canvas matching Salesforce's own, explains them in plain sentences, adds fault handling in one edit, applies one fix across many Flows, and flags overlapping Flows and missing fault paths in the audit.
